Delivery of Products
1.1 There are no limitations on delivery, except in the cases possibly indicated on the Site and / or in the Product Sheet.
1.2 Delivery is paid for orders less than or equal to 70.00 ; for higher amounts the delivery is free of charge.
1.3 As of the date of sending the order, the Products will be delivered within 6 days and, in any case, within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
1.4 It is up to you to verify the conditions of the Product delivered. Notwithstanding that the risk of loss or damage to the Product, by reason not attributable to the Seller is transferred when Lei, or a third party from you designated and other than the carrier, enters materially in possession of the Product, the Seller Le recommends to verify the number of Products received and that the imdance is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials, and invites it, in its interest, to indicate on the carrier's transport document, any anomalies, accepting the package with reservation. In the event that the pack presents obvious signs of tampering or alteration, it is appropriate to give it ready communication to the Vendor. It remains firm, in any case, for the application of the rules on the right of withdrawal (where subsistence for the Product) and legal guarantee of conformity.
